Golden Owl Skin Affiliate Program Agreement
Effective Date: September 19, 2026
This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms for participation in the Golden Owl Skin Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in the program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Affiliate Program Participation
Participation in the Golden Owl Skin Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Golden Owl Skin. Approval into the program does not guarantee continued participation.
Golden Owl Skin reserves the right to periodically review affiliate accounts and suspend or remove affiliates based on inactivity, promotional activity, sales performance, violation of these terms, misuse of the program, or conduct inconsistent with the Golden Owl Skin brand or Affiliate Program.
2. Affiliate Commission
Standard Golden Owl Skin affiliates earn a 10% commission on eligible referred sales. Certain affiliates may qualify for different commission rates based on their assigned affiliate tier or group.
Commission rates and eligibility may be adjusted by Golden Owl Skin as the Affiliate Program evolves. Affiliates will be notified of material changes affecting their participation.
3. Customer Discount
Affiliate customers receive a discount on eligible products based on the affiliate's assigned tier. Current affiliate discount rates may include 10% or 15% off eligible products.
Certain products, including kits, bundles, already-discounted products, special offers, or other products designated by Golden Owl Skin, may be excluded from affiliate discounts.
A product's exclusion from the customer discount does not exclude the associated sale from affiliate commission. Commission eligibility is determined separately according to the Affiliate Program's commission settings.
4. Referral Tracking
Affiliates may receive a personalized referral link and/or discount code for tracking eligible referrals.
Affiliates are responsible for using the referral tools assigned to their account. Golden Owl Skin cannot guarantee attribution when a qualifying referral cannot be properly tracked by the affiliate platform.
Affiliates may not manipulate referral tracking, create fraudulent referrals, or otherwise attempt to obtain commissions for sales they did not legitimately refer.
5. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases or otherwise use their affiliate account, referral link, or discount code to generate commission from personal purchases.
6. Commission Confirmation, Returns & Cancellations
Affiliate referrals are subject to a 7-day confirmation period before the associated commission becomes eligible for payout.
Commissions may be canceled, reversed, or adjusted when an order is canceled, refunded, partially refunded, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible for commission.
7. Affiliate Payments
Eligible commissions are paid through Golden Owl Skin's affiliate platform according to the payout rules and payment methods available through the program.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing any required payment or tax documentation.
8. Affiliate Content & Disclosures
Affiliates are expected to represent Golden Owl Skin authentically and accurately.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Golden Owl Skin when posting affiliate content in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement disclosure requirements.
Affiliates may not make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated statements about Golden Owl Skin or its products.
9. Discount Code & Promotional Restrictions
Affiliate codes are intended to support an affiliate's own promotional efforts.
Unless expressly authorized by Golden Owl Skin, affiliates may not submit or distribute their affiliate codes to coupon websites, deal websites, automated coupon extensions, paid search advertisements, or similar services for the primary purpose of capturing commissions from customers they did not refer.
Affiliates may not impersonate Golden Owl Skin or represent themselves as an official Golden Owl Skin account.
10. Golden Owl Skin Brand & Intellectual Property
Golden Owl Skin may provide affiliates with approved photographs, graphics, product information, promotional materials, trademarks, logos, or other brand assets.
These materials remain the property of Golden Owl Skin and may only be used for authorized promotion of Golden Owl Skin while the affiliate remains an active member of the program.
Affiliates may not alter Golden Owl Skin branding in a misleading manner or use Golden Owl Skin intellectual property to create the impression that an affiliate-operated account, website, advertisement, or business is owned or operated by Golden Owl Skin.
11. Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Product Representation
Affiliates may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with the creation of promotional content for Golden Owl Skin; however, all AI-generated or AI-modified content must accurately represent Golden Owl Skin and its products.
When Golden Owl Skin products, packaging, labels, logos, trademarks, or other identifiable brand elements appear in AI-generated or AI-modified content, affiliates are responsible for carefully reviewing the final content for accuracy before publishing or distributing it.
Affiliates may not publish AI-generated or AI-modified content that:
- Distorts, misspells, alters, or incorrectly reproduces the Golden Owl Skin name, logo, product labels, or other brand elements;
- Depicts inaccurate, redesigned, fabricated, or nonexistent Golden Owl Skin packaging or products;
- Changes product names, sizes, colors, claims, ingredients, labeling, or other product details in a way that could misrepresent the actual product;
- Creates the impression that an AI-generated product, packaging concept, campaign, collaboration, or visual was officially created or approved by Golden Owl Skin when it was not; or
- Otherwise presents Golden Owl Skin or its products in a misleading, inaccurate, or unprofessional manner.
Uploading an official Golden Owl Skin product or packaging image into an AI tool does not guarantee that the resulting image accurately represents the original product. Affiliates are responsible for inspecting details such as packaging shape, labels, typography, logos, product names, and other identifying features before posting.
If an affiliate is uncertain whether AI-generated content accurately represents Golden Owl Skin, the affiliate should contact affiliates@goldenowlskin.com for approval before publishing.
Golden Owl Skin reserves the right to request the correction or removal of AI-generated or AI-modified content that inaccurately represents the brand. Repeated or significant violations may result in suspension or removal from the Affiliate Program.
12. Affiliate Activity & Program Reviews
Golden Owl Skin periodically reviews affiliate accounts.
Reviews may consider overall participation, promotional activity, engagement with the program, sales performance, compliance with these terms, and continued alignment with the Golden Owl Skin Affiliate Program.
Golden Owl Skin may suspend or remove accounts that remain inactive, abuse the program, violate these terms, or no longer meet program expectations.
13. Independent Affiliate Relationship
Participation in the Golden Owl Skin Affiliate Program does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between Golden Owl Skin and the affiliate.
Affiliates are independent participants responsible for their own content, activities, expenses, taxes, and legal obligations arising from their participation in the program.
14. Program Changes or Termination
Golden Owl Skin reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program, including commission structures, customer discounts, eligible products, program requirements, payment procedures, and these terms.
Golden Owl Skin also reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Affiliate Program.
Material changes affecting existing affiliates will be communicated when appropriate.
15. Acceptance of Agreement
By submitting an application, accepting an invitation to the Golden Owl Skin Affiliate Program, or continuing to participate in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Affiliate Program Agreement.
