SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping is available across the U.S ONLY. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Double-check your address and surroundings
- Contact your local postal carrier
- Reach out to us—we’ll do what we can to help
Golden Owl Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we’ll always work with you to find a solution.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Due to the personal nature of our body and feminine care products, all sales are final. We do this to ensure the highest hygiene standards for every customer.
However, we’re committed to your satisfaction and will absolutely make things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if:
- Your item arrived broken or leaking
- You received the wrong product
- Something is missing from your order
To request a replacement or refund, email us at contact@goldenowlskin with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
Refunds
If your request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or provider.
Replacements will be shipped at no additional charge.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code unless arrived damaged
- Gift cards
- Unauthorized returns or claims submitted beyond 3 days of delivery
