SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping is available across the U.S only. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please:

  1. Double-check your address and surroundings

  2. Contact your local postal carrier

  3. Reach out to us—we’ll do what we can to help

Golden Owl Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we’ll always work with you to find a solution.
